Association ROSASFALT

The purpose of the Association is to unite producers and consumers of asphalt concrete mixes, consolidate efforts and coordinate their actions to support entrepreneurship and initiatives, improve market relations, improve the quality of produced asphalt concrete mixes and the efficiency of their use to ensure the durability of roads.

The subject of the Association's activity is:

  • assistance to members of the Association in the implementation of activities in the field of improving the quality of asphalt concrete production and the effectiveness of its use in the construction and repair of roads and artificial structures;
  • improving the quality of road construction, reconstruction, and major repairs and their durability;
  • representation and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of members of the Association, assistance in protecting the economic, professional and social interests of members of the Association in state authorities and departments, in courts, in local governments, in public associations, as well as before other third parties.
  • active interaction with state authorities, participation in the development and implementation of programs (activities) aimed at improving the quality and durability of roads and artificial structures.
  • assistance in professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of asphalt concrete production and efficiency of its use;
  • development of recommended standards and regulations in the field of high-quality and efficient production of asphalt concrete to improve the quality and durability of roads.
  • development of proposals and assistance in solving urban planning, land, environmental problems, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological and industrial safety, labor and health protection, and other issues related to optimizing the location and operation of asphalt concrete plants.

To achieve the above goals, the Association performs the following functions:

  • organizes the process of implementing innovative technologies in order to improve the production, transportation and laying of asphalt concrete in the construction of highways;
  • provides members of the Association with the necessary information within the framework of the Association's statutory activities;
  • develops and implements activities, programs and projects aimed at improving the quality and reducing the cost of asphalt concrete production;
  • produces and provides all members of the Association with methodological recommendations for the production and use of asphalt concrete;
  • monitors the activities of its members in accordance with the procedure established by the internal documents of the Association, participates in the work of quality control groups for goods, works, and services produced by members of the Association;
  • coordinates the efforts of members of the Association aimed at combating fraud and other illegal actions in the field of production and use of asphalt concrete, as well as develops and implements measures to counter unfair competition in the field of production and use of asphalt concrete;
  • carries out information and analytical activities, including the preparation of reviews of media materials on topics related to the goals of the Association;
  • organizes and conducts various events on the production and use of asphalt concrete, including: seminars, conferences, round tables;
  • maintains the Association's website on the Internet and posts information on the activities of the Association and its members, covers the activities of the Association in the media, and holds press conferences;
  • develops and implements activities, programs and projects aimed at developing partnership relations between members of the Association with organizations and individuals working in the field of production and use of asphalt concrete to achieve the statutory goals of the Association;
  • develops and implements proposals, programs and activities aimed at solving urban planning and land environmental problems in accordance with the legislation, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological and industrial safety, and solving other issues related to optimizing the location and operation of asphalt concrete production facilities;
  • represents the General interests of members of the Association in relations with third parties, including state authorities, on issues related to the goals of the Association;
  • develops and implements activities aimed at finding, attracting and supporting specialists within the framework of the Association's statutory activities;
  • keeps a register of members of the Association.
